this product is obtained by harvesting pistachios before they are fully ripe, so that the green hue of the kernel has not turned yellowish, these pistachios are dried in the sun.
The KAl Kernel is graded according to percentage of greens pill in total quantity.
– Superior grade: 90% greens pill total quantity
– Excellent Grade: 80% green pill in total quantity
– Grade 1: 70 % green pill in total quantity
– Grade 2: 60% gr
