Ingredients
Chopped pistachios ————– 2 tablespoons
Shrimp ———————– 500 grams
Olive oil ————— 3 tablespoons
Paprika ——————— a teaspoon
Butter ————————- a tablespoon
Ingredients for preparing the sauce
Pistachios (finely chopped) ———— 2 tablespoons
Olive oil ——————- 2 tablespoons
Garlic (finely chopped) ———— a clove
Ginger (powdered) ————- a teaspoon
Black pepper (powdered) ———– as needed
How to prepare
To prepare pistachio sauce: Mix finely chopped pistachios, olive oil, chopped garlic, ginger and powdered black pepper in a suitable bowl and set aside.
Mix chopped pistachios, olive oil and paprika and dip the shrimp in this mixture.
Skewer the shrimp and place the skewers in the hot butter until the shrimp are cooked and discolored.
